Privacy, by design.
Private means private
Player information is collected privately for The Whistle Podcast to review football background, assess coverage or scouting relevance, and follow up when appropriate. Only authorized administrators may access it. It is not shared with clubs, agents, federations, sponsors, other players or visitors. Registration is not permission to publish. Public profiles are created separately, after the team determines the appropriate permission and legal basis.
What we collect
Football information, limited identity and residence details, contact information, consent and optional CV/photo/documents. Do not upload identity documents, passports or unrelated sensitive information. For under-18 players, a parent or legal guardian must submit and consent. Guardian declarations may need additional verification before further processing or publication.
Retention & your rights
Proposed retention: review submissions within 12 months and delete records no longer needed. This is a policy template; scheduled deletion is not enabled. Administrators can delete submissions and attached files. Applicable access, correction, deletion, objection and consent-withdrawal requests can be made through Contact → Privacy. Newsletter unsubscribe requests use the same channel. The operator must define the final retention schedule and respond within applicable legal time limits.
Operator & service providers
The platform is operated by The Whistle Podcast, founded by Ahmad Chokr. Legal entity, postal address and dedicated privacy email must be supplied before launch. Hosting and database providers process records on the operator’s behalf; contracts, hosting region and transfer safeguards require review. Administrators must apply least-privilege access. No advertising trackers are installed.
